Does it cost me extra?
No — there are no additional fees.
The $10 Contribution is already included in the plan price.
You pay the same — but your plan now gives back.
Do I have to do anything once I sign up?
No — nothing at all.
We handle the contribution and the payment to the charity every quarter.
You simply stay connected.
How do I choose which charity to support?
When you sign up or transfer your service, you simply select your preferred charity from our approved Charity Partners.
You can also change your selected charity later if you want to support someone new.
Can I support more than one charity at a time?
Each plan supports one charity at a time.
If you have multiple services (e.g., home internet + mobile plans), you can choose a different charity for each service.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes, and it’s easier than you think. Once you have received your SIM, you will have the option to bring your current number over to us. Simply call our friendly customer support team on 1300 364 930, and you will be presented with the option of porting your number.
Please note: if you are thinking of switching from another provider and are currently in a contract, we recommend checking with them for charges associated with ending your current contract early.
