Is there any cost to join?
Absolutely No. Joining and participating is free.
How are funds transferred?
By EFT each quarter with a contribution report (plan count, total, reference). Charities don’t issue tax invoices for contribution.
What shows on customer invoices?
Your brand appears in the plan name (e.g., “[Charity Name] Internet/Mobile CFG Plan”) so supporters see exactly who they’re helping.
What data do we receive?
Aggregated contribution data only—plan counts and totals. We don’t share personal customer information unless permission is granted by the customer.
Can we promote our page?
Yes, this is encouraged—your co-branded page link is designed for email, social, and your website. We provide a Partner Welcome Kit with badge graphics and templates.
